How do I schedule with you and what do you charge?

Please contact me by phone if you would like to schedule an appointment or would like to learn more. I also offer a free consultation by phone for prospective clients, for up to 30 minutes.

I charge $120 per 55 minute individual session. Fees are usually collected in full at each session. I accept cash, check, or debit/credit card. Debit/credit cards include a 3.5% transaction fee. 

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel an appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours before the time of the scheduled appointment, otherwise you will be required to pay the full cost of the scheduled appointment. Note: Insurance companies will not pay for missed appointments, so these fees will be out-of-pocket. I do not make exceptions to my cancellation policy.

What forms of insurance do you accept?

If you plan on using insurance please contact your insurance company to find out if you will need to pay anything out of pocket to see me (copay, money towards a deductible, etc.)

I accept Regence Blue Shield, First Choice, Kaiser Permanente (PPO only), and Premera.

I am not accepting new clients with Molina or Community Health Plan of Washington insurance.

If you have insurance coverage different from those listed, your plan may still provide partial or full coverage for an out of network provider. If you are not sure about what your plan covers, I recommend contacting your insurance provider to learn more.

Limits of Care

I am not able to provide therapy between scheduled appointments. For this reason I do not work with clients who are experiencing acute challenges (such as challenges involving significant risk of harm to self or others) that may require more availability from a therapist or other care providers.

I will make sure to provide you with more information about the limits of my services and to ask you questions to determine whether we are a good fit for working together. If I cannot provide the level of care you need or your presenting issues do not match my area of expertise, I will provide you with a referral to a provider who can better meet your needs.
